Swim Like a Champion Video Series - Promotional Trailer

I created this promotional video for the "Swim Like a Champion Video Series" by Championship Productions and the Fitter and Faster SwimTour, a five-video series featuring U.S. Olympic swimmers. I directed this multi-camera production, which included cameras in a hydraulic lift, on the pool deck, underwater, and on a 21-foot jib arm and dolly. All footage was captured using a Tricaster 855. I also edited this trailer. The "Swim Like a Champion" series was awarded a Silver and a Bronze in the 2014 Telly Awards.

This is a video created for the American Heart Association's regional office in Des Moines. It was played at a fundraising event in the spring of 2013. I helped conceptualize the video along with the regional office's communications director. I shot the video and edited the interviews to tell the story of a busy mom's efforts to keep her family healthy and of her daughter's struggle with a congenital heart defect.

I shot the video and edited the interviews to tell the story of a woman's harrowing experience with a sudden heart condition, the man who saved her life, and her inspiring road to recovery.
